Well, we've been in New Mexico for 3 weeks! Steve has about 5 1/2 weeks left on his contract. While we love the housing, his assignment is lacking...he misses the larger hospital environment. So, we will not be staying here beyond this contract. Please be in prayer for the next job assignment. We need great pet friendly housing (with cable, washer, dryer), high level working conditions, an amazing scenic vacation location, oh and don't forget wifi! lol. Don't misunderstand... we love New Mexico, but this job is temporary and as soon as he hits the midpoint in the contract he has to begin negotiations for the next job. Every aspect has to be negotiated so it takes about 4 weeks to secure an assignment. We are looking at other locations in NM, AZ, TX, or CO. Tomorrow we are headed to the Balloon Fiesta in Albuquerque! Looking forward to some rest and relaxation in a bigger city with more places to eat and more sites to see!
