Albuquerque

2/3/2015 was the hardest driving leg of our journey and 

most of it was driving northbound through Texas.

When we finally reached Amarillo we were able to increase our speed 

and it was interstate all the way!

We found a lovely rest stop along the way and enjoyed a picnic lunch, 

but it was really cold and windy.

And headed back on the road!

Arriving in Albuquerque about 3:30 pm.

Our wonderful suite at Laquinta was ready so we unloaded 

and enjoyed a nice dinner at the Cracker Barrel.

So tired that we turned in early so we would be well rested for another early departure in the AM!

Tomorrow's destination... Las Vegas, Nevada!
