quick update... a/c was ok, needed minor service $85.
it's about 10 years old but should last another 5.
Emmie left for OKC 6/13 to start her new job with cameron!
and... appraisal came in high at $150k, and we signed the contract! closing july 12 and giving us til aug 31 to vacate! now time to craigslist everything!
so much goodness happening at once!
